- Registration for an event constitutes an offer to purchase access to that event, subject to acceptance and availability.
- All fees, applicable taxes, and currency will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your registration in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your registration.
- Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically to the email address provided at registration.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
- Cancellation and refund terms for a specific event will be set out in that event's registration page or confirmation communication and form part of these Terms for that event.
- Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing to Contact Email.
- We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, modify the format of (e.g., in-person to virtual), or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events), in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants and, where applicable, offer a credit, transfer, or refund in accordance with the specific event's policy.
